 Just a note about the following item.

Parental Involvement: Geoff Johnson (GJ) referred to the Standards and Quality Report 2010 and there was a discussion regarding whether the school are meeting this standard.

This should perhaps read 

Parental Involvement: Geoff Johnson (GJ) referred to the Standards and Quality Report 2010 and there was a discussion regarding whether the school are meeting this standard and what (if anything) the parent council could do to help. This was in the context of GJ taking forward a piece of work to consider revising the parent council communications strategy.
